How does it work?

- Call (773) 907-0600, email us or go to service request page and fill out the form.

- Together (at the phone or by email) we discuss the problem that you have and together we decide what is the best solution for you.

- In most situations ( if it's something that we can repair for a flat rate) we will tell you immediately how much the repair costs.

- In some of the cases, we have to see the machine before we can give you a complete price of the repair and in this case you can pick one of the folowing at your convenience:

1. Bring the computer / laptop to us for a FREE Diagnostic and Estimate with service*; Let a professional technician to tell you what the problem is for FREE. Please ask if you need assistance carrying your system in from your car, we will be happy to help!
2. We schedule an appointment for a PRO to come to your home or office to diagnose the problem, as low as $80/hour, one our minimun, no travel fees, parking if applicable;

- If beeing on-site, your system requires more extensive attention, we will pick it up at your location, bring it to our shop, perform all necessary maintenance, and return it to you. No more hauling your system in to the shop for repairs!
