FREE Computer and Laptop Diagnostic / Estimate with Service

       Is your computer freezing-up, slowing down, or reporting errors all the time? Is your hardware giving you trouble or not working? You don't know what the problem is and you have some free time available for a drop-off?

       PRO Computers (ChicagoComputerRepair.com, ChicagoLaptopRepair.com) repairs all major types of desktop computers, including IBM Clones, Dell, Compaq, Sony, Gateway, HP, IBM, Toshiba, E-Machines and more.  We are Comptia A+ certified professionals, and will install / configure / troubleshoot any type of Microsoft Operating System including Windows 98/Me/NT/XP/2000 or Linux.

       In-Shop Laptop / Desktop Repair Services have $49 Diagnostic / Estimate Fee, Upfront and Non-Refundable, which will be deducted from the labor charge only if the service is approved once being given he diagnostic / estimate. We will check your hardware and software for system conflicts, errors, and damage. Within 2 business days we will identify the problem(s) and give you a call back recommending solutions that best meet your individual needs. Our Computer / Laptop Repair Rates are priced at competitive Flat Rates and more than one service may be required to fix the problem(s). We normally service all our equipment on a first-come first-served basis and we require 1 to 2 business days for most Hardware and Software Diagnostics / Estimates.

      Rush Diagnosis / Estimate can be GUARANTEED within 4 hours for a $50 fee or you can choose a WHILE YOU WAIT Diagnostic / Estimate for a $90 fee ($120 on Saturday) and a technician will start working on it immediately. Normal repair time is 1 to 3 business days, but a Rush Service / Repair can be guarantee  within 24 hours for a $100 fee. Rush Services are not always available and limited by the parts we have in stock, and is therefore not guaranteed to be available for all systems. Systems with more than one problem may also need a longer time to diagnose. Additional time may be required for ordering and availability of parts. Parts will be purchased / supplied by PRO Computers only, as the company doesn't accept third parties parts.

       Computer Adware, Spyware and Virus Removal - $109 (in-shop service only); Does your computer have one of the following problems? Slow performance, Internet Explorer errors or lockups, Excessive “pop-up” advertisements, Home page has changed, Email or Internet access a lot slower... etc? Then it's possible that your computer is infected with a virus or you got invaded with spyware and adware and Immediate virus, adware and spyware repair is needed to remove the virus and/or spyware, adware from your computer and ensure both the privacy of your files and that the virus does not infect other computers.

*with service only; if for any reason you decide that we don't perform the service a flat rate will apply; not more than $49. If we don't know what the problem is, you won't pay us.
